Turn Around & Delivery Times

February pre-order closes at Midnight on the 28th. We expect to be shipping your orders by the end of April 2025 however please know that delays out of our control can happen from time to time. We are expecting smooth sailing. 

We will be using Sendle as our courier service to get your deliveries to you and will endeavour to have your order packed and picked up from the courier no later than 4 days of your order being place. 

Delivery will generally take 2 to 6 business days to be delivered to you depending on your area however please be aware that this could change due to busy delivery times of the year such as Christmas.

Tracking your Delivery

You will be sent a shipping notification email with your individual tracking code. You can then track the progress of your parcel delivery via the Sendle website.

If you are not home to accept your delivery, Sendle will leave a card with details on how you can arrange an alternative delivery or pick up.  

Authority to Leave

You may select an Authority to Leave in Checkout.  If you select this option during Checkout, you hereby authorise Sendle to deliver your package to your shipping address without your signature, and you acknowledge and agree that confirmation of delivery by the courier driver is satisfactory proof of delivery. 

U.Me Play is unable to replace or refund items which you do not receive if you have selected the Authority to Leave option.
