Returns & Exchanges

We may be small, but we are BIG on providing you with products that are of the highest quality, ethically made and both vegan & forest friendly. Unfortunately we do not offer change of mind refunds however if you are suffering from a bit of buyers regret (unlikely!) and would like to exchange your item for something of the same or higher value we can help you arrange this however postage will be at your expense and items need to be returned in as new condition. This offer applies for 30 days from delivery date,

Damage/Faulty Items

All items are carefully checked before we send off to their new homes. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. We will happily offer an exchange, provide store credit or refund should the product be no longer available.
